Sailing things right

Today is partly cloudy, getting shaded from time to time. Continuing my electricity trials: here's a 1200Wh boiler heating the water in such conditions. And I love the results! Panels are pumping in even more power than the boiler consumes!

Spent two full days with so much pleasure, which I didn't experience for many-many years. Absolutely fantastic people, kids and a place.
It's a sort of experience that makes your life complete.
Thank you, guys for hosting me, and reminding me of that feeling.

Solar panels making me happy every day: even being covered with Sakhara dust and sea salt, with the very dense overcast, at 10am I had over 400w/h incoming. Amazing.

Some nerd-stats about the replaced battery bank of 4x100Ah lifepo batteries.
I've been using them for about a year and a half.

Putting it here for the history. Just to take a look at stats after switching from gas to electricity for cooking, around-o'clock starlink etc.

Race day!

Couple days ago #bobaka had hit herself jumping aboard from the pier — completely my fault, the boat was a bit too far — and became a limpy poor thing. But today she's already got better, tho I'll carry her up and down, in and out for the next few days to prevent excessive load to her shoulder.

Other than that: the forecast for the Sardegna-Sicily passage went even worse the one I've chickened out, so it looks like I'll stay here at least until Wednesday.

Got invited by a friend to celebrate his daughter's 14th birthday.

If I'll ever get on land permanently, I'll do my best to have no less than that.
