Sailing things right

Yet another poor charter boat suffering from human incompetence.
Guys managed to break-lock the headsail furler and were crawling around the anchorage helplessly. A bunch of other sailors rushed to them trying to help, but every time something went wrong — probably, the language barrier.

Then local guys, who manage a small charter company with just three catamarans, reached them and things started to get less messy.
Videos 1,2 — the boat helplessly wandering around
Video 3 — since the headsail already lost its sheets they were doing circles, furling the headsail the only possible way.
Video 4 — the piece of shit named "Delta" anchor is freely dragging in just 15 knots of wind.
Video 5 — local guys pulled the poor charter thing to their unoccupied buoy.
