Sailing things right

By any chance, do we have here anyone willing to spend couple of weeks living on a boat in marina, going nowhere, just taking care of my dog while I'm away doing my long overdue business?
Location: Bosa, Sardegna.

*Photo is here just as a visual description of the things I need to get done.

UPD: See comments for the better description. :)
