Sailing things right

Not far ago I've made an order on Amazon — kinda ordinary anti-corrosion dielectric grease, nothing special, tons of them on the market.
Few days ago, I got a forwarded email from the marina office where DHL is asking what is that and the purpose of the purchase.
That was strange already, but after my reply they replied back with the most fascinating stupidity I've ever seen in my whole life — they demand ME to certify that the USA-based company does not use RUSSIAN OIL to produce that product. Just skipping the fact I've ordered that at Italian Amazon and DHL see that in plain English at the postal declaration right on the parcel.

THIS. IS. FUCKING. RIDICULOUS.
